سياسة الخصوصية
تشرح هذه السياسة كيف يجمع تطبيق «بزنس بلس» وموقعه (المشار إليهما بـ«الخدمة») بياناتك ويستخدمها ويحميها. تدير الخدمة شركة businesspluskw، دولة الكويت.
البيانات التي نجمعها
- رقم الهاتف: رقمك الكويتي لتسجيل الدخول برمز يصلك برسالة نصية. لا نعرض رقمك لأي مستخدم آخر.
- بيانات الحساب: الاسم الظاهر، اللغة، المظهر، وتفضيلات الإشعارات.
- الإعلانات: ما تدخله عن مشروعك، بما في ذلك الأرقام المالية الخاصة، والصور والمستندات التي ترفعها. نحذف بيانات الموقع الجغرافي من الصور.
- الصفقات والرسائل: طلبات الاطلاع وقبولك لاتفاقية السرية، والرسائل النصية، والعروض غير الملزمة.
- طلبات الخدمات والإعلانات المحفوظة والبلاغات وقوائم الحظر.
- سجل الموافقات: إصدار الشروط والسياسة واتفاقية السرية التي وافقت عليها ووقت الموافقة.
- بيانات تقنية للأمان: عنوان الشبكة ومعرّف الجهاز لحدود الإرسال ومنع إساءة الاستخدام، وسجلات أخطاء لا تتضمن محتوى طلباتك.
لا نجمع الرقم المدني أو بيانات البطاقات البنكية أو جهات الاتصال أو موقعك. لا نستخدم أدوات تحليلات أو إعلانات تتبعك، ولا نبيع بياناتك.
كيف نستخدم بياناتك
- تشغيل حسابك وتسجيل الدخول وحماية الجلسات.
- نشر إعلاناتك بعد مراجعتها، وعرض الأرقام الخاصة فقط لمن يوافق عليهم البائع.
- تمكين المحادثات والعروض بين طرفي الصفقة.
- الإشراف على المحتوى ومعالجة البلاغات ومنع الاحتيال.
- الالتزام بالقوانين المعمول بها في دولة الكويت.
مع من نشارك البيانات
- المستخدمون الآخرون: الحقول العامة من إعلانك للجميع، والأرقام والمستندات الخاصة فقط للمشترين الذين وافقت على طلبهم، والرسائل لطرفي المحادثة فقط.
- مزودو الخدمة: Cloudflare لاستضافة الخدمة وتخزين البيانات والملفات، وTwilio لإرسال رموز التحقق برسالة نصية. يعالجون البيانات نيابة عنا فقط.
- واتساب: عندما تختار التواصل عبر واتساب تنتقل إلى تطبيق واتساب وتسري عليك سياسة خصوصيته.
- الجهات الرسمية: عند وجود طلب قانوني ملزم.
قد تُعالج البيانات على خوادم خارج الكويت لدى مزودي الخدمة المذكورين.
مدة الاحتفاظ
- رموز التحقق صالحة 5 دقائق ولا نخزنها إلا بصيغة مشفرة غير قابلة للاسترجاع.
- عند حذف حسابك نزيل ملفك وإعلاناتك وملفاتك ومحفوظاتك وإشعاراتك خلال 30 يومًا. الرسائل التي أرسلتها تبقى للطرف الآخر دون اسمك.
- سجلات الأمان والبلاغات تحتفظ بمرجع غير قابل للربط بك لمدة أقصاها سنة.
حقوقك
يمكنك تعديل بياناتك من التطبيق، وحذف حسابك من «الحساب» داخل التطبيق أو من صفحة حذف الحساب. لأي طلب آخر بخصوص بياناتك راسلنا على info@businesspluskw.com.
الأمان
نستخدم اتصالًا مشفرًا، ونخزن رموز الدخول بصيغة مشفرة، ونتحقق من صلاحية كل طلب للملفات والبيانات الخاصة. لا يوجد نظام آمن بالكامل، لذا أبلغنا فورًا إن لاحظت أي نشاط غير معتاد.
الفئة العمرية
الخدمة مخصصة لمن بلغوا 18 عامًا فأكثر.
التغييرات
إذا غيّرنا هذه السياسة تغييرًا جوهريًا سنطلب موافقتك على الإصدار الجديد داخل التطبيق.
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the Business Plus app and website (the "Service") collect, use and protect your data. The Service is operated by businesspluskw, State of Kuwait.
What we collect
- Phone number: your Kuwaiti number, to sign you in with an SMS code. It is never shown to other users.
- Account details: display name, language, appearance and notification settings.
- Listings: what you enter about your business, including private financial figures, and the photos and documents you upload. We remove location data from photos.
- Deals and messages: access requests and your NDA acceptance, text messages and non-binding offers.
- Service requests, saved listings, reports and blocks.
- Acceptance records: which version of the terms, this policy and the NDA you accepted, and when.
- Security data: network address and a device identifier for sending limits and abuse prevention, and error logs that do not contain the content of your requests.
We do not collect civil ID numbers, card details, contacts or your location. We use no analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not sell your data.
How we use it
- To run your account, sign you in and protect your sessions.
- To publish your listings after review, and show private figures only to buyers the seller approves.
- To let the two sides of a deal message each other and make offers.
- To moderate content, handle reports and prevent fraud.
- To comply with the laws of the State of Kuwait.
Who we share it with
- Other users: everyone sees the public fields of your listing; only buyers you approve see private figures and documents; only the two participants see a conversation.
- Service providers: Cloudflare hosts the Service and stores data and files; Twilio sends SMS sign-in codes. They process data only on our behalf.
- WhatsApp: if you choose to continue on WhatsApp, you leave the Service and WhatsApp's privacy policy applies.
- Authorities: when a binding legal request requires it.
These providers may process data on servers outside Kuwait.
How long we keep it
- Sign-in codes are valid for 5 minutes and stored only as a one-way hash.
- When you delete your account, your profile, listings, files, saved items and notifications are removed within 30 days. Messages you sent stay with the other participant without your name.
- Security and abuse records keep a reference that cannot be linked back to you, for up to 1 year.
Your rights
You can edit your details in the app and delete your account from Account in the app or on the account deletion page. For any other request about your data, email info@businesspluskw.com.
Security
We use encrypted connections, store sign-in tokens only as hashes, and check permission on every request for private files and data. No system is perfectly secure, so tell us straight away if you notice unusual activity.
Age
The Service is for people aged 18 and over.
Changes
If we make a material change to this policy, we will ask you to accept the new version in the app.
