الشروط والأحكام
باستخدامك تطبيق «بزنس بلس» أو موقعه (الخدمة) فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. تدير الخدمة شركة businesspluskw، دولة الكويت.
1. ما هي الخدمة
منصة تعرض مشاريع للبيع وفرص شراكة واستثمار في الكويت، وتربط المستخدمين بمزودي خدمات الأعمال. نحن وسيط للعرض والتواصل فقط، ولسنا طرفًا في أي صفقة ولا وكيلًا لأي طرف.
2. الحساب
- يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 عامًا فأكثر، وأن تستخدم رقم هاتف كويتيًا تملكه.
- التحقق من الهاتف يؤكد ملكية الرقم فقط، وليس تحققًا من الهوية.
- أنت مسؤول عن كل ما يحدث عبر حسابك، وعليك إبلاغنا فورًا بأي استخدام غير مصرح به.
3. الإعلانات
- يجب أن تكون معلومات إعلانك صحيحة وكاملة، وأن تملك حق عرض المشروع وصوره ومستنداته.
- تخضع الإعلانات لمراجعتنا قبل النشر، ويحق لنا رفض أي إعلان أو إخفاؤه مع ذكر السبب.
- لا نتحقق من صحة الأرقام المالية أو المستندات، وعبارة «تم تقديم المستندات المالية» تعني فقط أنها مرفوعة.
- تمنحنا ترخيصًا غير حصري لعرض محتوى إعلانك داخل الخدمة طالما الإعلان منشور.
4. اتفاقية السرية والصفقات
- للاطلاع على التفاصيل الخاصة لمشروع يجب قبول اتفاقية السرية، ويقرر البائع قبول طلبك أو رفضه أو سحب الاطلاع لاحقًا.
- العروض داخل الخدمة غير ملزمة. أي اتفاق بيع أو شراكة يتم مباشرة بين الطرفين وعلى مسؤوليتهما، وننصح بالاستعانة بمحامٍ ومحاسب.
- لا تتم أي مدفوعات داخل التطبيق. عند الانتقال إلى واتساب يكون التواصل خارج الخدمة.
5. خدمات الأعمال
يقدم مزودو الخدمات خدماتهم مباشرة إليك. نراجع ملفاتهم قبل عرضها، لكننا لا نضمن جودة عملهم.
6. الاستخدام الممنوع
- نشر معلومات مضللة أو احتيالية أو محتوى مخالف للقانون أو مسيء.
- جمع بيانات المستخدمين أو التواصل معهم لأغراض لا تتعلق بالصفقة.
- محاولة الوصول إلى بيانات أو حسابات غير مصرح لك بها، أو تعطيل الخدمة.
- مشاركة معلومات حصلت عليها بموجب اتفاقية السرية خلافًا لها.
7. الإشراف والإيقاف
يمكنك الإبلاغ عن أي محتوى أو مستخدم وحظره. يحق لنا إخفاء المحتوى أو إيقاف الحسابات المخالفة لهذه الشروط.
8. إخلاء المسؤولية
تُقدم الخدمة «كما هي». بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن صحة الإعلانات، أو نتائج أي صفقة، أو أي خسارة غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام الخدمة.
9. حذف الحساب
يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من التطبيق أو من صفحة حذف الحساب، كما هو موضح في سياسة الخصوصية.
10. التغييرات والقانون
قد نعدّل هذه الشروط، وسنطلب موافقتك داخل التطبيق على أي تعديل جوهري. تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الكويت، وتختص محاكمها بأي نزاع.
11. التواصل
Terms of Use
By using the Business Plus app or website (the "Service") you agree to these terms. The Service is operated by businesspluskw, State of Kuwait.
1. The Service
A platform that lists businesses for sale, partnership and investment opportunities in Kuwait, and connects users with business service providers. We only provide listing and communication tools. We are not a party to any deal and do not act as an agent for anyone.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or older and use a Kuwaiti phone number that you own.
- Phone confirmation only shows you control the number. It is not identity verification.
- You are responsible for activity on your account and must tell us straight away about any unauthorized use.
3. Listings
- Your listing must be accurate and complete, and you must have the right to offer the business and to share its photos and documents.
- We review listings before they are published and may reject or hide a listing, giving a reason.
- We do not verify financial figures or documents. "Financial documents provided" only means they were uploaded.
- You give us a non-exclusive licence to show your listing content in the Service while the listing is published.
4. NDA and deals
- To see a business's private details you must accept the NDA. The seller decides whether to approve your request and may withdraw access later.
- Offers in the Service are non-binding. Any sale or partnership agreement is made directly between the parties at their own risk; we recommend using a lawyer and an accountant.
- No payments are made in the app. If you continue on WhatsApp, that conversation is outside the Service.
5. Business services
Service providers deliver their services to you directly. We review their profiles before showing them but do not guarantee their work.
6. Prohibited use
- Posting misleading, fraudulent, unlawful or abusive content.
- Collecting other users' data or contacting them for purposes unrelated to a deal.
- Trying to access data or accounts you are not allowed to, or disrupting the Service.
- Sharing information received under an NDA in breach of it.
7. Moderation and suspension
You can report and block any content or user. We may hide content or suspend accounts that break these terms.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the accuracy of listings, the outcome of any deal, or any indirect loss from using the Service.
9. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app or on the account deletion page, as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will ask you to accept any material change in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
